40 Chapters in 40 Nights

This program was developed as a summer reading program for the youth in our ward. The premise was that they would feast upon the words of Christ for 40 days straight and then be rewarded with a trip to the beach and a feast. This program has been useful for families and youth who might not otherwise be in the habit of reading daily and gives the youth a common goal to work toward during the summer. To go the extra mile, you can take a video of various youth telling how each chapter applies to their life today. As I announced this program to our ward youth, many adults came seeking the list as well. Click here to view the table with the specific chapters and subjects we highlighted.
